  • CASCers is operated by MedPsychKH Ltd, a company registered in the UK, company number SC812645.
  • Our services include free WhatsApp communities, paid subscription groups, mock CASC stations, teaching sessions, and other psychiatry‑related training and mentoring activities for doctors and trainees.​

1.2 Who these terms apply to

  • These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to the CASCers website, members of our WhatsApp or other online groups, and anyone purchasing any CASCers product or service.​
  • By accessing the website, joining a group, or purchasing a course or mock package, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1.3 Professional disclaimer

  • CASCers provides educational, mentoring and exam‑preparation support only and is not a healthcare provider.
  • Nothing on this website, in our groups, or in our teaching constitutes medical advice, clinical supervision, or legal/financial advice, and it must not be relied upon as such.

1.4 No guarantee of outcomes

  • CASCers does not guarantee success in any examination, job application, portfolio outcome, or training post, even if previous members have been successful.
  • Testimonials and success stories are illustrative only and do not constitute a guarantee of similar results.

1.5 Eligibility and conduct

  • You must be at least 18 and a healthcare professional or trainee (or have an offer for such a post) to join paid programmes.
  • You agree not to:
    • Share abusive, discriminatory, defamatory or confidential patient information in any group.
    • Record, scrape, or data‑mine teaching sessions without explicit written consent.
    • Use CASCers platforms to harass, bully or intimidate other members.
    • Advertise or promote any external products, services, courses, or materials in CASCers groups or sessions without our prior written permission.
  • Breach of these rules may result in immediate removal from groups or programmes without a refund where removal is due to serious misconduct.

1.6 Our services and changes

  • Details of each group, course, or package (content, duration, dates, fees) are set out on the relevant page or booking form.​
  • CASCers may update or improve content, change tutors, or adjust schedules for operational reasons, but will aim to provide equivalent value and learning opportunities.

1.7 Fees and payment

  • Fees for groups and courses are stated in GBP and are inclusive or exclusive of VAT as indicated on the checkout page.
  • Payment is due at the time of booking unless instalments or subscriptions are expressly offered.
  • For subscriptions, your payment method will be charged on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) until you cancel in accordance with these Terms.

1.8 Access to content

  • Access to live sessions, groups, recordings, and materials is granted for the period stated on the product page (for example, until the relevant exam sitting).​
  • CASCers may withdraw access to outdated materials after the stated access period or when they are no longer pedagogically appropriate.

1.9 Intellectual property

  • All course materials, slides, mock stations, written content, recordings, branding and logos are owned by MedPsychKH Ltd or its licensors.
  • You receive a personal, non‑transferable licence to use materials for your own learning only and must not:
    • Share materials publicly or in other groups.
    • Resell, reproduce, or adapt materials for commercial purposes.
    • Upload or distribute our content on other platforms without written consent.

1.10 Data protection and privacy

  • CASCers and MedPsychKH Ltd act as the data controller for the personal data you provide when you use the website, join our groups, or purchase our services.​
  • MedPsychKH Ltd is registered with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) and pays the required data protection fee in line with UK data protection law.
  • Group sessions may involve peer discussion of clinical scenarios; you must anonymise all patient information and avoid sharing identifiable data.

1.11 Third‑party platforms

  • Some services are delivered via third‑party platforms (for example, WhatsApp, Zoom, payment processors, learning portals).​
  • Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms and privacy policies; CASCers is not responsible for outages or issues caused by third‑party providers.

1.12 Limitation of liability

  • Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
  • Subject to that, CASCers will not be liable for:
    • Loss of exam fees, salary, training opportunities, or future earnings.
    • Indirect or consequential losses, including stress, disappointment, or reputational harm.
  • To the extent permitted by law, the total liability of CASCers in respect of any claim arising from your use of the services is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product or service.

1.13 Cancellations and refunds

  • Your rights to cancel and receive a refund are set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on the website footer.​

1.14 Changes to these Terms

  • CASCers may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect legal or operational changes.
  • The version in force at the time of your booking will usually apply to that booking, but ongoing use of the website or subscriptions will be subject to the latest published version.

1.15 Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the law of Scotland, England and Wales.
  • Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.
